Q: What is a “feature flag”?

A: A feature flag (or feature toggle) is a simple way to decouple the process for deploying code to production and releasing new features. This helps reducing risk, and enable you to remain which features you enable and for whom you enable them for.

Q: Can I run unleash-hosted as unleash.mydomain.com?
A: This is something we can arrange this for the Company and Enterprise packages. 

Q: Do you have a grace period?
A: Yes – we know that the traffic occasional bursts. We really try to avoid putting architectural limitations to your applications because of our price model – for this reason we are operating with a 30 days grace period. If your usage goes outside of the agreed level for a short period during a 30 day window, we will not charge you any extra.

Q: What is a “user”?
A: A “user” is the account that has access to create and change the feature toggles in the Unleash UI

Q: Can I have access to read-only users?
A: Yes

Q: Do you have discounts for startups?
A: Yes, we truly believe Unleash hosted is a tool every digital startup should use and benefit from, at the same time we fully appreciate that being a startup can be tough on the finances. Please contact sales if you are a startup that want to get started with Unleash hosted.

Q: Do I need to decide the plan up front?
